Ryanair - Direct entry F/O

Here is a question for the more experienced insiders:

Let's assume a rated and current 737 F/O applies to Ryan through their website. What happens afterwards and how long does the process take? Also, the web says "JAR or EU license" - what exactly is an EU license? A license issued by an EU member state who is not utilizing the JAR-FCL?

Thanks for any enlightment

They tell you how wonderfull they are to work for and when you join everything changes.
Because of this treatment, there are 100 victimisation cases going through the court system in Ireland by pilots in the company.
There are also at least five other cases brought by pilots against the company one of which is to get the company to give the pilots a copy of their terms and conditions.
