As far as I understand there are a LOT of pilots recomended, waiting for interview. The fact that you have been recomended does not aut give you an interview.
I still think it's more or less about luck....if your nr comes up when they role the dice, then you're lucky, if not...keep sending that CV to as many companies as you can...
