Emirates A310 cargo job

A friend of mine in the States was just offered a DEC on the A310 for Emirates Cargo. Is that a good deal or not? What types of rosters will he have? Will the pay be good for an expat?

Know of one or two here in the gulf with offers on the table too....same as other EK fleets...no difference in the pay...just the routes....as I,m told
