BA DEP ?s
I have conducted a search, but still have a few questions I am looking to get answers for.
1. What is the current pension for DEP?
2. Is it possible to join the short haul fleet and commute from Edinburgh, I know you don't get staff travel for the first year.
3. With everything in would I be correct in saying the starting salary would be in the mid 50s?
4. What is a rough roster for new short haul DEPs, and how locked in is your time off?
Thanks for any help.

1. BARP the new plan, not all the salary is pensionable, works out to around 12% of gross.
2. Yes but probably best to be LHR based for that which means bus not boeing. Expect to spend a few nights in hotels at your expense (£35 pn)
3. No, low 40s but expenses good, up to £1k after tax for a heavy month.
4. I'll leave that first part for another, the time off - very locked in, roster stability is all.

Pension
Is BARP a final salary pension or stakeholder. If stakeholder can you bump up your contributions?
Is low 40s base salary, they way I had read it, and please correct me if I am wrong, was base low 40s, flying £8 per hour, away from base £2 per hour so with all in mid 50s.
