I see the flight international post. But it's for the Embraer 145 and I've got the 320 rating. Further, there is no email adress reported. Unfortunatelly!

Advert appears to be for bmiRegional.
The address in Flight is in Aberdeen.
Maybe lack of email on the advert means post is the preferred method of applying!!

I would also like to apply with BMI (mainline) and am A320-rated.
I can't find any information on their website for recruitment of pilots.

I phoned up for info on recruitmentand spoke to a few BMI groundstaff at BHD,seems they promote from within etc.Looked around but can't find any useful info with regards to recruitment by BMI Mainline.

bmi mainline will be recruiting very soon for FOs. The company has been left short due to quite a few people leaving for other airlines, namely Virgin. They'll need quite a few people when the India route gets under way to replace FOs going onto the A330

Hi Everybody,

I called up BMI myself also, and they told me that they are recruiting. It was not mentioned which type, so they might be talking about the 145. I was also told that on their website there should be (somewhere on the bottom) a link with the name 'careers'. I have searched for half an hour on their site, but I'm not able to find it. Or something is wrong with my internet explorer, or I'm just stupid and can't find it or it just isn't there?
Anybody else who has found it? Please let me know

Regarding mainline recruitment, is it Linda L that still deals with this, or is Captain Geoff L, the Ops Director, that is the first point of contact?

I got a reply back from Rachael Byrne from Ops at LHR saying that they weren't recruiting at the moment but that was last June.

Times they are a changing, so try again.

Last time I sent a CV to BMI Mainline I was told to call that number and not send another CV until the info line said they were accepting CV's.

bmi regional is hiring NOT mainline- doh-
mainline will promote from within the group before hiring outsiders ie:

bmi regional and bmi baby- get in line wannabes!
