More EasyJet questions

I noticed the post that Easy will now have Basel as a new base.
I didn't know much about Basel so wanted to check it out online. Looked at lots of stuff, prices, schools, housing, life in general and this got me to thinking.......
when Easy gives you a base outside the UK, are most pilots not taking their families along unless they are from that particular country?
I ask as if you have a family and at least two kids, I would like to know if Easy helps out with any of the school fees one would need if their kid does not speak that local language.
Basel has an English speaking school and as a Captain you could afford living and paying for this, but if you have two or more kids, it starts to get overboard.
How is this being handled? What about health care?
I hope for those of you based outside, it is your own country or that Easy helps you out.
Thanks for any answers.

Help with School Fees? No
Health Cover? No

easyJet doesn't like to give any benefits to one group of employees as then it thinks other employees will want the same.

They are low cost and that includes the add on benefits package. Salaries are quite good though.

No Basel Airport is actually in France... It is shared airport with a border in the middle.
It is run under DGAC (JAA) rules. It will be run by EZ UK as far as I know...

Apparently the boys and girls in the Portacabin maze donīt even know yet...!

...or that Easy helps you out.
Hahahaha! Really funny! Everything at EZY is DIY!! (being poorly organized is their excuse for "low-cost")
