bmi regional, good deal?
Hi guys,
Had a few quick questions that some body may be able to answer for me.
I've just been offered an interview with bmi regional next week. Pretty chuffed!!
Does any one no what the details of the interview would be.
Also does anyone know what the situation would be regarding what base you get and what the rostering is like etc. All the nitty gritty basically.
Any info would be gratefully recieved.

Pay is average, terms and conditions are not the best, basing, probably Abredeen, if you upgrade you will have to change base, route structure is good from most bases, duty pay doesn't cover the cost of an overnight. Management are average but the guys and gals you'll work with are the best. Bonded for three years where you have to pay up front a sum I think about 3k and then 200quid is stollen from you per month for 3 years.
Advantages are the acft is good the flying is good the people you work with are great, its a good stepping stone to something else and if it is the only job offer you get its better than being on the dole.
Good luck.
