Know a Good Accountant/IFA?

Hi All,

I'm looking for a good accountant/IFA based in the London(ish) area who is familiar with UK-expat pilots and the tax/investment peculiarities involved with this area.

Any suggestions by PM are greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

LP

If you want an accountant the ICAEW (www.icaew.co.uk) website does lists of accountants, which may display their specialties. Otherwise the ACCA website may also be able to help you listing their qualified accountants, and the same goes for the chartered institute of taxation (CIOT) of whom many are accountants anyway.

The firm that employs me probably wouldn't turn you away but appears mainly to deal with contracts from employers sending large groups of people overseas and would probably be comparatively expensive for an individual.

Sorry I am unable to point you to anyone with that as their specialism, however you won't want an IFA for tax advice as they are unable to offer advice on such matters - or at least should not be doing so.
