Most expatriate(foreign) pilots are going onto the 737NG. Either as Capts. or FO's depending on your experience level. Most of the hiring is done through Rishworth Crewing. You would have to be 737 rated to be considered.
They do have a S/O program, but that is strictly for Fiji nationals at this time. The 767 and 747 fleet has a few expats. but is mostly crewed by local guys.
The pay is not that good. As most of the expat. pilots are Aussies and Kiwis, many are willing to put up with the lousy money simply because they are closer to home.
Rumor has it that a bunch of local 737 Capts. and Fo's are leaving for the middle east, because the pay is much better.(Probably at least 3X better!!) I expect there will be a number of 737 vacancies very soon.
Hope that helps. Good luck.
