Sorry to hear there are problems with your outfit.
Our very esteemed Flt. Ops. Director from BRAL/Manx joined Aurigny as (I think) the ATR Fleet Manager when he finally could take no more from our BA management post-buyout as their favourite whipping boy. Is he still with you? It sounds like he jumped out of the frying pan into the ashes....

He is still with us and doing a good job. I think he is limited in what he can do by the management above him quite frequently.
Aurigny isnt too bad to work for. I've been there over a year now and I just hope things improve for the company.
Its great fun flying out of the channel islands. Its quite a challenge at times!
