Best training provider for a jet rating?

Hi! Can anyone offer some opinions as to the quality of training offered by some of the jet rating providers?

I'm not looking for a slagging-off of the self sponsored type rating, that's a whole other argument.

What I'd like are your impressions of how good you thought the ground school training, simulator and base training was, if you have paid for an A320, 737 or similar rating.

Based on the quality of training, did you feel you were rushed through, did the training organisation try to hit you up for more money, based on 'ability checks' part way through?

What were your overall opinions and would you recommend them?

Also, by the by, interested to know if you did your rating without the promise of a job, did the training organisation help with jobhunting afterwards as well?
