Correct about the website.
Also ignore the bit about terms and conditions - a new C scale salary was 'introduced' about a month ago. Amongst other things that have changed is that the pension is now money purchase with a much smaller contribution from the company.
Find out about the new conditions (and other things) before you decide to go for the interview.

And for those who are interested the new scale C conditions are vastly different from the previous T+C's. As has already been mentioned the pension is now defined contributions, and most of the other conditions are poorer or non existent. Not the company it used to be.

If you're planning to stat for any more than a couple of years, why would you care about the bond?
The new contract does NOT include these items available to current pilots:
-Permanent health insurance (75% of salary anually until retirement age if unable to work due illness)
-Pay Bridge (Adjustment to Captain's starting salary for every year more than 6 spent as FO)
-Scale B (Productivety pay for operating widebody aircraft)
-20 year long service 3% pay increment
-Final Salary pension
-Staff travel benefits
-Pay increments beyond 10 years in grade (currently 13)
-Sickness payment approximately halved.
THowever, it does include:
-New Pension scheme with 8% Company contribution
-BUPA cover (so they can get you off your sickbed and back to work ASAP)
Loss of Licence Insurance 2xbasic salary for grade.
It is also worth noting that the Base offered will not be confirmed for some time (i.e. they can initially move you at will).
