Question United Nations 737 op DXB

I have posted the following in the Middle east forum with no one knowing anything much.
Thought I would try here...

Anyone have any info on the United Nations 737 operation based in Dubai to start shortly?
I am waiting for more official info from the agency.

What I can gather is troop/executive movement possibly Afghanistan.
Especially like to hear from tech crew who are going to be working on it or knows someone who is going.

Is it still going ahead, when...etc? agency gone quiet in typical agency fashion!

(I initially thought you meant the new services being started shortly from Moscow by Transaero - their ICAO code is UN!!!)

I don't know too much about this, except it is reputedly using a 737-200, ops into Iraq and Afghanistan amongst other places.

They are looking for cabin crew for sure - not at all sure about the flight ops though. They have advertised for experienced crew I believe.

Backed by a local (UAE) conglomerate.

Sorry. But don't know much more.

I guess it could be Tramon Air (based Lanseria, RSA) as they have just registered a B737-200 ZS-STO,
