seniority list
Pilot seniority list prevent pilots from changing company's because of reduction of paycheck and position. I understand that the weaker need protection and also safety protection is needed but are seniority lists not preventing us from honnest market mechanism with regards to income and position, second to that what other systems are there to prevent the weaker pilot?

OK guy's given lack of any reaction I take it in general not much agreement on the viewpoints. So let's stick to seniority lists. I just hope that the market situation gets so much better that it pay-off to leave for bigger and better.
