bmi Baby strike ballot

According to the newsletter of the IPF bmi Baby are due a ballot on strike about now.

Anyone care to divulge what the grievances are that have led to this?

The article states that pilots are unhappy with their management and working conditions.

Caractacus, I think the suggestion of a strike ballot might be a little premature. However, both mainline pilots and baby pilots are taking part in an 'indicative' ballot to see if they would be prepared to take industrial action. My understanding is that the issues in bmibaby are 'lifestyle' related and in mainline are 'pay' related. I predict industrial action 'of some sort' within the next couple of months.
