UAV Hours - what are they worth?

Greetings.

I'm interested to know if anyone with major airlne experience out there can give insight into what value is given to piloting hours on UAV, in particular, the Global Hawk. Even better if anyone knows how CX view them.

Can appreciate that they won't get you a job if you've flown nothing else, but with a few thousand hours on multi turbine, how will they be counted toward an application, if at all?

I've got a couple of thousand hours on Microsoft Flight Sim on various types, will these count for anything?

Worth knack-all until a major airline orders passenger-carrying UAVs, then you'll be in with a big chance....
