1)More Days Off
2)Long Days On
3)Still Possible To Work Up To The Max
4)Losing Quarter Of The Pay For Same Amount Of Work
Also 50% available:
1)Even More Days Off
2)Can't Work You To The Max Anymore
3)Hand Over Half Your Salary Which Most Guys Can't Afford!

Yes some SFO's are part time on various 50% or 75%.
In order to upgrade you'll probably have to go full time for 6-12 months or so for the company to justify the cost of the course.
btw part time is the only way to survive EJ.
