Cityjet pay

Trying to find out how many beer tokens cityjet would give a new joiner - only reference I found was PPJN which states:

Captain basic €50,753
Captain top €67,934 (after 7yrs)

F/O basic €26,701 (€24,021 S/O)
F/O top €45,552 (€18,000 S/O)

Flight Pay
24.45p/sector (48.9 charter)

Doesn't make sense to me - a 2nd Officer's salary goes down with seniority?

Also, they ask if you intend to stay in the company on your application - how long will it take to get in the left seat, because I will have died of malnutition before too long on 18,000 Euro (GB£12,000).

Might be seen to be a bit greedy too but as a quote from their recruitment pages: "We recognise that our staff are our most valuable asset and we aim to reward them with excellent salary..." seems a little flexible with terminology if those numbers are accurate.

So what is the deal (and what could you realistically take home with flying pay)? Still intend to apply but a bit of info from anyone in the know would be nice (so I can inform Mrs Ropey that we will have to sell our house for instance...)

Cheers

Bueller.......Bueller.......Anybody.........Bueller.......

Over 100 views and nobody has an inkling

Even if you can't quote any figures an indication if £12,000 is in fact the actual "excellent salary" would be useful - this is a rumour network after all.

24p per sector? That does seem unreasonably mean...

Yes, I assumed that to, but it was deliberately a cut and paste job. Still asking though - are those figures in the right ballpark, and if so does flying pay make it up to a livable wage?

I know the truth is out there.............somewhere
