How's Life at Astraeus? Future hiring?

So, Astraeus has been growing quite a bit. I have seen a number of articles and previous posts on Pprune about Astraeus and its growth. I have a series of questions:

1. What percentage of newhires are from the flight school training program vs. experienced 737 drivers?

2. I read about interest in Airbus airplanes potentially replacing the 737s. What is the timeline for the decision? Will Astraeus be looking for experienced Airbus pilots any time soon?

3. I read an article in Airliners World about the most heavily utilized 737-700 in the world - an Astreaus 737-700 (probably last summer). To what extent does this article show what it's like at Astraeus? I know that all charter operators have very hectic schedules during the summer.

4. Why would a 737 rated pilot choose to fly for Astraeus vs. other 737 opportunities at EasyJet, Ryanair or Bmibaby? What are the advantages and disadvantages of Astraeus vs. the other choices?

I would love to fly for Astraeus if I had the opportunity.

Cheers

being a non flight deck member, i think i can offer a small word or two,

1. Airbus, no no no, if you have heard they words astraeus and airbus in the same sentence, this just refers to the type rating being offered by bond,

2. Most used 737. i dont think exactly, maybe we do long range 737 journeys, like ssg, or banjul. 6+ hours you know.

3.Ryanair= been there done that. this is easier, nicer, and people are approachable, 2 flights to 6, you pick, i never had 1 night stop in ryanair. and ive got my third this month on thursday.

bye
