Does any body know exactly what the pay terms are for ex CFE pilots that were unable to stay in the left handseat of the RJ, and so have been moved to the right handseat type of their choice.
Are they on there original Capt salary frozen until there F/O salary catches up ?
Why have they got three stripes when experienced DEP's some ex-Captains get no recognition ?

They are on their existing paypoint shorthaul command scale, but do not increase paypoint. But if Pp3 goes up so will their salary.
The 3 stripe argument is a different matter and has more to do with proposed changes to the SFO rank system than anything else. Though why its so important is beyond me. Noone expects too much of a 2 striper.

When you say no one expects too much from a two striper, half of the two stripers have more experience than the ex CFE 3 stripers, what are the proposed changes to the SFO rank.
Do you not think DEP's should have the same recognition, as that is effectively what the CFE guys are back door DEP's.
