Canada/uk Double Standards ?

Winter 2003/4 saw a number of MYT/FCA pilots volunteering to work in Canada for Skyservice. These pilots were required to complete full Canadian ATPL exams in order to obtain Canadian
licences to operate aircraft on the Canadian register - some temporarily registered from the UK operators.

RUMOUR has it that Canandian pilots will now be granted a concession to operate UK registered aircraft this summer without undergoing similar examinations. As this is only a RUMOUR a categorical denial from a CAA mole would be appreciated !
