Survey: Training Captain Pay

Could we know how training captains are remunerated at your airline, expressed as a percentage increment over a line captain's pay?

This is a wholly innocent way of trying to find out what one should ask for in bidding for a contract job.

Thanks

At RBA it works out at about 15% of basic pay. But 15% of f@## all is not very much so you might be better off asking for it in absolute terms expressed in say US$. Answer for RBA = US$580.00 pcm at current exchange rates. No increments.
