Swiss/ EU Employment

Can anyone say what the reciprocal arrangements are between the EU and Switzerland pilots, relating to employment. ie- Since Switzerland is not part of the EU, can a European national with a JAR licence fly in Switzerland, and vise versa?

U are right..JULY 2004 to be exact.
But remember guys that people who live on the french boarder(since the swiss buy their houses) will be given priority as well as Swiss people..
Just like the UK give priority to english??
