Terms and endearments Cargo
Hi all,
can somebody help me out with information about benchmarks for Cargo operations? Terms regarding salary schemes and vacation allowance would be appreciated.
Thank you

Depends who you are talking about. Ts and Cs for cargo operators are as varied as the passenger operations. But two things are for certain.
1. You are likely to fly more at night.
2. Standards not reduced because it's cargo.

Aviatrix69, must assume you are a relative "newbie", looking for "real" information. Cargo has really NO difference to Pax flying except that the "cargo" doesn't argue with you once it's aboard. Pay scales are generally crap unless you're on with FEDEX. Vacation is what you negotiate......actually, dream of.
Abandon all use of sun screens except for "down" time, we do fly mostly at night.
Best of luck, though, young lady!!!! It's a tough row to hoe, I'm sure. Air Atlanta has a GOOD record, if you're able to swing a 747 ticket,. Check with [email protected] if you're interested, OK?
