Hi !
For your info.
1. Roal Nepal hires only Nepalese Citizen.
2. Pay is not good compared to other Private Airlines in Nepal.
3. Condition is not good as it has not been run by professionals ( by professionals I mean the management people).
4. The only reason why a guy sticks with Royal Nepal in Nepal is for Jet Rating.
5. Two reasons why a guy sticks with Royal Nepal after he gets Jet rating is either he loves Nepal too much and doesn't want to move anywhere else, or he is just not good enough.
If you are interested to fly in Nepal, I would suggest you to try private Airlines.
cheers,
himalaya

I am surprised to learn that private airlines are paying quite well considering the size of the aircraft and inexpensive living cost.Light turbo prop pilots earn around $5000 net. The only trouble is private airlines goes bust quite often but replaced by new one.
Good food, good women, good pay, good mounatain views, whatelse you want!
