A320 External Pneumatic Start Checklist
 

Can someone please clarify as to how one goes about setting the cockpit for an External Pneumatic Start followed by a Cross Bleed Start?
As I understand both PM and PF first review the procedure together and then the overhead panel is set up.
To be more specific , does the PM read the Checklist and set the switches/knobs or does the PM read and the PF set up the overhead panel. Any reference to FCOM will be appreciated. Thanks.

FCTM, Normal operations, task sharing for supplementary procedures.

With regards to engine starts...Read the procedure, PM reads, PF does.
