Ac cas with virga alright. Note the wind shear. A bit like Roger Dean album artwork for Yes, eh? Nice pic.

Stupid question maybe, but how do you tell there is windshear looking at those clouds? Is it the sideways deflection and where it is drawn down towards the ground?
