i always wonder when do i use the slush/standing water takeoff chart or slippery runway takeoff chart to calculate performace on B 737 NG

One is contaminated the other is slippery. Contamination affects acceleration..........

Slippery runway = normal acceleration, slow deceleration (say, ice)
Contaminated runway = slow acceleration, possibly slow deceleration (snow/slush)

Mu is the friction coefficient, in case of slipery and/or slush it is near or equal to ZERO, so the braking force is also equal to ZERO.
Contaminated, you can consider that you would have a small quantity of water (kind of very small wave) in front of your wheels, thus slowing down your Airplane, because you would have water density instead of air density.
