Faa-aip

hi everyone,
i am a young first officer on B737-800, i gotta to go down to seatle to check our new airplane,and do a dilivery flight cross the ocean. i am in badly need of an ammend AIP of USA. i was wondering whether i can get it through some Gov web site,or from any warm hearted gentlemen here. can any one give me some information. thank you so much!

Hi,

I don't beleive the FAA produce an AIP as other ICAO members do. There are FAR's (Federal Aviation Regulations) and AIM (an Airmen's Information Manual).

These should cover all of the aviation regualtions in effect in the USA.

You can buy the FAR/AIM from various places or check on http://www.faa.gov
