I was guessing oil in the tailpipe following shutdown during taxi out.

Can we resolve whether this is taxi in or taxi out based on flap position and runway vs taxiway position?

Do they still allow smoking on VASP flights ..... could be the outflow valve opening.

Looks like no ignition to me
It could be oil smoke though. Short answer: Takeoff flaps and smoke not normal
