Looks like he forgot the gear pins!! OR was he checking to see where the rest of the wheels had gone, maybe in the mud??

I think he got bored sitting on the tarmac, so he got out one of those basketball goals hold on with suction cups and stuck it to the side of plane, then he started practicing his slam-dunks.

More than likely, he is an Iranian ground engineer (flying spanner) who was on the headset during pushback. However it is not good practice to climb up into the E & E compartment by stepping on the nosewheel steering cylinders.
