Does anyone know where I can download or find the 747-400 checklists, PREFERABLY the British Airways ones.

This one is straight fromthe horses mouth (so to speak). Click onthe check list image (half way down the page) to get a full image that is readable. If you right click you can "Save as" and keep a copy on your computer.
