Stephenville (CYJT)in Newfoundland has a 3048m/10 000' runway with ILS to RW 27 and backbeam to 09. However due to terrain the ILS glide slope on 27 is set at 3.5 degrees. Deer lake (CYDF) is a bit short at only 6000' RW length, but it does have ILS to RW 25. Sydney, NS (CYQY)with its 7070' RW is a little further away but has good approach aids.
Hope that helps.
