Post Elec. isolation A320

Can anybody give me some info on where and when electric isolation will take place, if you do an autoland with the airbus 320. Is this electric isolation function req. to certificate an aeroplane ? Thanks a lot !
Cheers....

Don't know about the Airbus, but separate elec. sources for each of the three autopilots were required in the US for the 757 Cat 3b autoland certification, from what I remember. The third source was from the hot battery bus, or some bus using battery juice. Don't believe this was required for Cat 2 (touchdown zone at least 1200 RVR) certification. Somebody at Pprune will know about the Airbus...I'm back on a 'steam-gauge' (we can thump oil press, N1 gauges with a mocha-stained finger to wake them up!), fly-by-cable- directly-to-control-tabs/rudder boost machine.
