Question CRJ performance

There's talk about lifting the jet ban at CYTZ. Elevation is 250 feet, runway 08/26 is 4,000 feet long, ILS & APAPI glide slope for 26 is 4.5 degrees, climb from 26 over open water, 08 is 3 miles of open water then a 700 foot smokestack on the extended centreline. Could a CRJ operate there? What about other jets?

Cool

The CRJ would be able to take-off and land only at very light weight and dry runway conditions.

Simply, the answer is no, the CRJ could not operate out of YTZ because the runway is too short.
