Question UTC time

Oh no, not this again!!

I used the search function but didn't find my answer, so here goes my question...

When we change between Summer and winter time does time difference between Local and UTC change? And if so when is the time differece bigger?

Regards

Depends where you are in the world and whether the country has a summer/winter time difference.

In the UK, winter local time and UTC are exactly the same. In summer, local time is UTC + 1 hour.
