Lear 45 Info Please

I'm hopeful of a Lear 45 job offer soon and have been warned that it has quite different handling characteristics to other aircraft and can be a real handful at times. I have lots of stick and rudder time and 2000hrs on mediun weight jets - is the Lear likely to give me a problem?

Can any Lear - experienced PPRuNers please spill the beans? Just what is the mistique about this extraordinary aeroplane? Is it really a monster? Is the tech course/groundschool really much different to anything else?
