RVSM already in use ?

RVSM was introduced Europe-wide on 24 Jan 02. The UK already introduced it some many months before, since the UK is on the periphery of Europe <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="rolleyes.gif" /> .. .. .See <a href="http://www.eur-rvsm.com/" target="_blank">http://www.eur-rvsm.com/</a> for all the info.

It does seem to be working as planned, and looking at my co's statistics of TCAS RA's it doesn't seem to have caused all the problems many people have been scared about. I don't see any problems with the system personally so far.. .. .In fact, it makes for better sightseeing as aircraft pass you 1000' above or below! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" />
