Don't know for sure, but aren't the Sennheiser headsets usually a little smaller than for example David Clarck?

If so i would recommend something with bigger earcovers. As an ex-ATR pilot i know they make an awful lot of noise, the bigger headsets provide better protection, be sure to check the microphone for correct values though. Chances are the boom fuction will not work correctly if the values are different from the headset of your colleague.

Happy landings.

So,did you use the HMEC-25 with the battery pack or the onboard DC power? We have different ATRs,ranging from 42-400s to 42-320s and 72s..quite a mess...i guess i need to get in touch with my local Sennheiser dealer..

Thanks for your info.I went from shiny Boeings to crappy ATRs,still processing this shock horror experience. But a good headset will certainly help!
