IRS fast realignment

If after full alignment, just before pushback you notice g/s on the IRS, simply do a quick align. It doesn´t do any harm, just stops the groundspeed and the gate position can be re-entered.
Full alignment only takes 7-10 mins - what's the problem on a 30 min turnround?

GPS equipped
What about a/c with GPS ? some 734's in my company equipped with GPS. In early flight of the day, ALIGN light blinking after the sixth minutes of alignment, if we put the Lat.Long of the parking stand. It can only be cured by entering Last Pos. or GPS Pos. (as if the limit has been reduce)
