What is the procedure if radio fails once you have
been given takeoff clearance and about to roll?

I wouldn't imagine that you'd notice until you were airbourne !

Leave the runway at the next taxiway to the left. If there is no taxiway at the left, leave via the next to the right. Transponder 7600. Then hold position and watch the tower for Lightsignals, or wait for the follow me.
