Cool DC10 - Yellow door electric ???

This might only be borderline technical, but eitherway......

About 15 years ago I rode a DC10 crossing the atlantic and noticed that the usual "arm slides and crosscheck" call, was something like "Cabin crew, yellow door electric".
Can anyone confirm this, and explain the reason for this peculiar way of saying things ??

Never heard of a yellow door on the Old Queen but the general instruction is 'doors to automatic' - perhaps you misheard the message?

KLM used to have the arming levers yellow and therefore the order was 'Yellow door selectors to automatic/manual". I guess it was to keep the orders the same within their fleets.
