Can anybody tell me how and at what weight a 125-700 can operate from an airport at an MSL of 1980ft with a TODA of 4800ft

As the reply above says you really haven't given enough information.

However, assuming ISA conditions, level runway, no wind and TODA = TORA I make it 22,600 lbs.

Please check it in your AFM before you try it.

Agree with excrab.

My tabulated (out of date) data has it at just under 23000lbs but please please check with your perf manual.
