GPS issues and IRS accuracy in the M.E. right now

Hi. Currently the M.E. region is facing GPS issues with jamming and spoofing active between approximately RUH to MCT. In the A320 the nav accuracy of the IRS has been displaying a peculiar behaviour not explained well in any documentation. One of the actions that can be done in case of loss of GPS is to hard tune VOR/DMEs when you find that the auto tuned VOR is not locking. What has been seen is that some of the VOR's are not working at all and when you find that and try to go back to auto tune, the nav accuracy does not come back to what it was before you started the manual tune process. If on the other hand you just leave everything on auto, even when you find that the auto selected VOR is not displaying bearing and distance, the nav accuracy somehow does not degrade that much. You don't expect this and that's what makes you attempt to manually tune VORs in the first place. Any pointers on the reasons for this behaviour would be appreciated.
