Pilatus PC12 Query

Hi, can anyone help an escapee from Rotorheads (with an interest in instrument procedure design) as to what approach category the Pilatus PC12 operates in please? I have found an OSD from 2015 online, which states catergory A but would appreciate confirmation from a current operator.

We treat it as category B as per our OM. It´s very rare to have a Vref below 91kts as we usually use flaps 15 for landing. Using flaps 40 Vref is almost always below 91kts.
