A320 ventilation issues

hi colleagues ..
during ground operation if the extract fan was inoperative , MEL says proper avionics cooling should be provided !
but there is NO maintenance task guide you ,like crew operating procedures !
my query if the APU is inop are there any limitations for temperature or time of operation without cooling ?

I would be using the info contained in Ground Operations in Heavy Rain. It says if air conditioning not available then:

[i think this is a conflict on Airbus wordings , because in the same time in the MEL entry they said proper cooling should be provided on ground
by logic would you be sure avionics system ventilation can be effectively survive for 3hrs without air conditioning !

I would be confident in temps below 39 degrees C that 3 hours wouldn’t be a problem.

You’ve got the wrong MEL.

False alert Refer to Item 21-09-02 VENT EXTRACT FAULT Alert

Actual alert Refer to Item 21-26-02 Avionics Extract Fan

Remember that You must enter the MEL from the “MEL ENTRIES” section first in order to find the appropriate MEL reference then head to “MEL ITEMS.” Once this is done head to the Operational Procedures.
