Pacific flights US to Honolulu procedures

Hi All

I have a surprise roster change that involves a westbound Pacific flight from the west coast of the US to Honolulu and then to Hong Kong a few days later.
Having never flown the Pacific, and I am looking for some good references to the procedures and in flight clearances required.

Surely your employer provides a route guide of some sort with this information?
