Airbus FLS guidance precision

Hello Folks
Is Airbus FLS approach guidance with angular precision?
As we know, FINAL APP mode Index deviation reflects distance from target path; means same amount of deviation is displayed same, regardless how far airplane away from runway
What I remember from one source, FLS precision is calculated based on angle; similar to ILS. Meaning, for example during an RNP approach, as airplane gets closer to runway, the Index deviations on PFD scale become more precise like ILS

Appreciate any contribution
