A320 Battery Charging.

Hello again!

Sorry for the newb Airbus questions (I have many).

I read that, if the aircraft battery(s) are below 25.6 that they will need to be charged via external power.
My question is, once the batteries are charged enough, and the APU is started, can the APU continue to charge the batteries once ground power has been removed?

Yes, the batteries automatically connect as required to maintain their charge. This is why the battery check is only required if the aircraft has been left unpowered for 6 hours or more.
