B767-300 T/O Flaps Config during Windshear

Hello folks,

Some of our B767-300 are described to be OK to takeoff with only Flaps 5 as long as full rated takeoff thrust is used, according to our recently amended company manual. I thought Flaps 20 or 15 are what the Boeing has been recommending for years. Have you ever seen Boeing is approving Flaps 5 for takeoff during windshear is reported or suspected in B767-300 ops before?
Thanks in advance. Safe flight.

Nothing in FCTM or our Part 4 to stop the use of F5 in this situation.
